Do you need to make presentations at work, either to your team, your company, your clients or to the wider industry sector?

Learn the techniques of the theatre to give you the skills, confidence and style to make strong, effective and memorable presentations.

Learn the skills that actors use every day dealing with nervousness, tension, articulation and physical presence.

Lime Tree Theatre offer an introductory course which aims to provide the business and commercial sector with a range of structured drama-based training opportunities, which will focus on the development of personal confidence, communication skills and presentations skills. The training will utilise a series of dramatic techniques to allow participants to develop more confidence and dynamic communication styles for presentations and meetings.

Led by experienced theatre practitioner Georgina Miller, the course will bring a rich, enjoyable and personalised experience, in the unique setting of a professional theatre.

Introducing our Lead Facilitator Georgina Miller:

Georgina was the Theatre Artist in Residence at the Lime Tree and Belltable Theatres in 2022.  She is a graduate of the Gaiety School of Acting full-time Actor Training Programme and has worked as a freelance actor for twenty years. Her theatre credits include Bread Not Profits (Gúna Nua Theatre Company), The Lighthouse Keeper (Amalgamotion) as part of Limerick City of Culture; A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Mouth on Fire) for Dublin Castle, The Country Girls (Red Kettle Theatre Company), at the Gaiety Theatre Dublin and National tour; The Big House (Abbey Theatre); and she created the role of Lyndsey in Plan B/Guna Nua’s production of Unravelling the Ribbon. Georgina’s TV credits include; Pure Mule, The Clinic, Trouble in Paradise and Fair City.  Georgina is also a busy commercial and creative voice-over artist working throughout radio and TV.
